In recent years, with the development of high speed, precision and efficiency of CNC machine, it has increasingly requirement for the dynamic characteristics. With excellent properties of high-speed electric spindle systems have been increasingly widely used. Machine structure dynamic analysis action and the dynamic design is based on establishing accurate spindle system dynamics model, considering the system analysis influence parameters on dynamic properties spindle system, the influence of system dynamic characteristics caused spindle system review the type parameter changes. Use three-dimensional solid finite element modeling to observe the dynamics changing of spindle system.This essay take the high-speed spindle system of equipped with production by Shen Yang Machine Tool Co. TLD as the research of object, using the Ansys finite element analysis platform to simplifying and modeling the high-speed spindle system.Based on the modal analysis and harmonic responses analysis, considered spindle design parameters, combined with surface parameters and high-speed dynamic characteristics is analyzed the influence of spindle system. Rotate the section to create3D solid model of spindle system by using3D solid finite element. Finally, according to the contact element simulation spindle-bearing joint surface is put forward for high-speed spindle system analysis method. Summarizing the study mainly includes the following several aspects:(1)Summarized the research technique and the research present situation of the engine bed main axle system junction plane, significance and the present situation of the spindle system dynamic analysis and study. Propose the theoretical research and finite element analysis of the joint surface combining research methods.(2)This paper introduced a influence analysis of a high-speed spindle system design-parameters on dynamic properties spindle system, through compared with bearing stiffness, spindle bearing type, bearing the span, bearing preloaded force, changes of spindle diameter, create beam finite element model within Ansys. According to the modal analysis and harmonious response analysis, conclude the impaction of five kinds of design parameters on dynamic properties of spindle system. So, it need engineer more attention to the dynamics characteristic influence(3) Introduced the joint surface parameters on dynamic properties of spindle system. Based on whether considered the parameters of hilt and hilt joint surface, considering combining surface contact stiffness,compared the modal analysis, comparison harmonious natural The amplitude-frequency response of tool top point, and draws the corresponding conclusion.,(4)Introduced-emphatically of due to high speed rotating change caused of spindle system dynamic characteristics. From analyzing two aspects of gyro torque and high-speed rotary, observe the modal results, Campbell figure and critical speed. Obtain these two factors of the dynamic characteristics of spindle system influence result.(5)Introduced the spindle system modeling method using finite element. Adopting rotating section method, established the three-dimensional entity model as needed, change the previous scholars for modeling functions within Ansys. Provide methodology and theory for static and dynamic study of spindle system.
