Vibration of conveying fluid pipes is very common in engineering practice, the analysis of the hazards of the pipe vibration and the study of the vibration characteristics has a wide range of engineering backgrounds. On the one hand, the vibration of the pipe makes the connections of the pipe and the pipe and the support, etc. occur to wear loose, which cause pipeline breakage or leakage of the media within the tube, especially in chemical production, it will seriously affect the safety of the personnel of the pipeline project. On the other hand, the pipe vibration, sometimes would result in fatigue damage; in the stress concentration zone, and it will be substantially lower factor of safety and service life of the pipeline. Therefore, the analysis of the vibration of the pipeline and its causes not only can provide a reference for pipeline design in the design of piping but also gives damping measures to the project run pipeline. This paper studies the vibration characteristics of the pipeline system of a crude oil transportation booster pump station of the China National Petroleum Corporation. This study includes the following aspects:1. This paper studies the process and methods of pipeline analysis model created in the Workbench,14.0and then analyzed the pipe stress distribution under gravity. At last, the gravity prestressed pipeline has been modal analyzed and then the result have been compared with the modal of the pipeline without gravity prestressed.2. This article analyzes the basic equations of fluid mechanics and turbulence numerical theory, and researches the model creation and meshing method in Workbench14.0and chooses a reasonable turbulence model. 3. This article analyzes the same pipeline model in different loading time and velocity fluctuation for two-way fluid-structure interaction analysis and researches the location of the maximum amplitude, the relationship between maximum amplitude and the loading speed to find the vibration response law of the pipeline under different incentive and according to the law, draws the largest amplitude-loading speed curve.4. Based on the findings of the work described above, this article optimizes the support structure of the pipeline system of the pumping station and explore the method of optimization. According to the summary of piping vibration response of the law, this article predicts the vibration of piping in different loading speed compares the predicted results and the results of the analysis to test prediction accuracy and reliability to give the recommendations for actual formulation project.
