The comprehensive extraction of low-grade copper-lead-zinc sulfide ore is a worldwide technical problems. To strengthen the research on comprehensive recovery technology of this kind of copper-lead-zinc sulfide ore, not only have promotional value to Chinese nonferrous metals industry, but also have the huge potential economic and social benefits.This paper is a research work on low-grade copper-lead-zinc sulfide ore produced by a large Inner Mongolia company. The research work starts from mineralogy studies, which includes multi-element analysis and chemical phase analysis. The results showed that the mainly existences of relative enrichment valuable elements of Cu, Pb, Zn are sulfides According to mineralogical characteristics of copper-lead-zinc ore, the subject use the experimental method of flotation-leach-electro-deposition, making a methods of copper, lead, zinc extraction on the copper-lead-zinc ore,and the experimental results are as follows:Research is carried out on the technological conditions of copper-lead bulk flotation: copper-lead bulk flotation flowsheet is one rougher two cleaners and one scavengers, and the flotation time is rougher3min, cleaners5min and scavengers10min.The fineness is87%under0.074mm, pH=8.5, mixed collector:ethylxanthate30g/t and DDTC30g/t, mixd depressant:ZnSO430g/t, Na2S30g/t, Na2SO330g/t, and the dosage of terpenic oil is400g/t.Research is carried out on the technological conditions of copper-lead separation: copper-lead separation flowsheet is one rougher one cleaners and one scavengers, and the flotation time is rougher3min, cleaners3min and scavengers5min. The C is200g/t, K2Cr207900g/t, BX100g/t. The dosage of terpenic oil is700g/t.The Cu recovery ratio is71.86%and Pb recovery ratio is89.61%.Research is carried out on the technological conditions of zinc flotation:zinc flotation flowsheet is one rougher one cleaners and one scavengers, and the flotation time is rougher8 min, cleaners5min and scavengers10min.The dosage of terpenic oil is400g/t, BX900g/tand CuSO4is1000g/t. The zinc recovery ratio is95.56%.Research is carried out on the technological conditions of zinc leach:The grinding time is8mm, liquid-solid ratio6, H2SO4concentration30%, leaching temperature95℃,and leaching time is8hour. The zinc leaching ratio is86.93%.Zinc metal is acquired by solution and then purified by electro-deposition.The valuable elements can comprehensive recovery by flotation and leach. The Cu flotation ratio is71.86%, Pb recovery ratio is89.61%and zinc recovery ratio is96.75%.To achieve purpose of comprehensive recycling on low-grade copper-lead-zinc sulfide ore.
