As follow, structure analysis method was used to thoroughly analyze the internal components of production control system for three production line, especially for various MES information organization and processing principle, the data acquisition channel and the way, and data storage mechanism for a detailed arrangement, then worked out a clear with products unit for mainline data chain.Based on field studies steel unit information system and application demand characteristic basis, combining with the literature research and analysis, the main research topic of the comprehensive information processing platform has been determined by data resource management, knowledge management and workflow, the core of the technical route mainly in data integration and application integration. And then construct the architecture of comprehensive information processing platform: including with integrated data center as the core resource platform, by integrating business processing as the core of the integrated application (processing) platform, facing in different application for the purpose of comprehensive information release platform.
