Assembly process information runs through the whole production cycle of products.In the process of product r&d and manufacturing,how to realize accurate,timely and complete transmission and expression of process information and how to realize digital management of process information has been a hot research issue in the field of mechanical manufacturing.At present,digital management system has been promoted in various enterprises,but it has not completely solved the problems existing in the assembly process.Therefore,this paper adopts MBD technology to realize the timely transmission and management of information in the process of product parts assembly process design,reduce the manufacturing and assembly time of products,and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.Aiming at the practical problems and application requirements existing in the product assembly process of enterprises,the research of 3d assembly process information integration technology based on MBD is carried out,and the prototype integration system is designed and developed.The specific research content of this paper is as follows:1.Analyze the research status of MBD technology,assembly process information modeling technology and process data management technology at home and abroad,and clarify the existing problems in the assembly process.2.Studied the modeling method of 3d assembly process information based on MBD.This paper expounds the importance of model-based definition technology in product production and assembly.The assembly process information model was analyzed from the three aspects of assembly process information composition,expression mode and hierarchical division.According to the information contained in two-dimensional drawings of assembly process and relevant standards,a three-dimensional assembly process information model based on MBD was constructed.3.Studied the storage and management of 3d assembly process information.Based on the analysis of the requirements of process information management,the storage and management methods of all kinds of process information and database storage management,according to the coupling relationship between e-r relationship model and data table,the specific method of storing all kinds of 3d assembly process information into SQL database was designed to improve the management level of assembly process information.4.Design and develop a 3d assembly process design system of UG based on MBD.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the design system,the deficiencies of the existing system are understood.By using the secondary development technology of UG and combining with the information contained in the three-dimensional assembly process model,the model management module,design information generation module and process information generation module for products are developed in UG.5.Analyzed the digital assembly management system,constructed the assembly process design management module,and integrated the 3d assembly process design system with the SQL database.ADO technology is used to realize the access connection between UG and SQL database,JDBC technology is used to realize the connection between database and assembly management module,and the integration system is verified by an example.
