With the rapid development of mechanical automation, frequent affiliated facilitiessystem accident for the non-coal mine industry in our city set off the security alarm.Crush processing system as an important part of ancillary facilities. Only analysis therisk systematically, quantitative risk, can we find industry existence question, and takecorresponding measures to avoid risk.In this paper, hazard identification through the method of Work BreakdownStructure-Risk Breakdown Structure (WBS-RBS) and the Safety risk factors of crushprocessing system classified by support vector machine (SVM). Then the SVM methodis proposed for the standardization of work safety grade evaluation on crush processingsystem.First of all, based on looking up the related accidents to crush processing zone,according to the safety regulations and industry standards, combined with fieldinvestigation and expert consultation, current situation of crush processing system of theopen limestone mine industry is summarized.Secondly, for mechanical equipments and production process related to crushprocessing system, the category of crush processing system is classified; and thenhazard is identified in combination with WBS-RBS in order to determine the indexsystem of safety risk factors.Thirdly, through the questionnaire survey of hazard classification among16miningenterprise and then quantitative processing, after the validation data applicability, freelychoose10mine survey data as the training set for training study, the rest6mine surveydata as test set. Combined the data normalization process, the kernel function selectionwith the optimal parameters of c and g seeking, classification model of hazard factors ofcrush processing system based on the SVM draw a conclusion. After test validation set,it is concluded that the hazard of crush processing system is classified to three levels, inorder to determine the influence degree of the hazard on the safety production target.Then, according to hazard identification results and hazard factors classificationresults, evaluation index system on safety production standardization level of crushprocessing system is established. Investigation elements are based on these, and then doresearch on crush processing system of open limestone mine with the current existingdifferent standardization levels. According to work safety status of the different level of standardized enterprise, each index factor into their guests is assigned value, in order toget the training sample. Let training set train and study, grade evaluation model of worksafety standardization on crush processing system based on the SVM draw a conclusion.Selected the crush processing system of a limestone mine enterprises for testing andidentifying training set output results, it is namely the work safety standardization levelof the crush processing system of limestone mine enterprise.Finally, it has been verified by test that safety risk analysis model based on SVMand the present condition of the actual mining enterprises have higher compliance. It isconcluded that the high risk factors is helpful to guide the hidden perils and educationtraining. SVM can yet be regarded as a safety risk evaluation method, which bringsabout a new train of thought in investigating work safety standardization level.
