Open-pit mining is the main way of exploitation of limestone mining resources inChina,and limestone transportation is the core work of the open pit mining production andthe weak link of open pit production. It is also an important factor in restricting miningproduction capacity and efficiency. With the open pit gradually into the furrow, miningconditions deteriorating, the transport distance and the transport cycle increasing, thetransportation costs has been further improved, which is original a high proportion of thetotal cost. Practice shows that, using the computer control tramcar scheduling system justcan make the production increased by3%to5%, which has been sufficient proved that theuse of computer control tramcar scheduling system is economical and reasonable. In fact,the magnitude of this increase is often as high as6%to32%. In this thesis, according tothe production of the limestone open pit mine, I designed a limestone open pit minevehicle scheduling system. Specific research works are as follows:First of all, against the limestone open pit mine vehicle scheduling systempolytechnic process, this article analyzes the research status of the domestic and foreignopen pit mine vehicle scheduling. On this basis, this article also proposes the shortest pathalgorithm based on the FLASH fast algorithm limestone open pit mine and the car shovelbest ratio planning algorithm. This effectively solved the problems of the limestone openpit mine vehicle scheduling inefficiencies and car shovel ratio unbalanced.Then, this article makes the overall design of the limestone open pit mine vehiclescheduling system based on the basic algorithm of the open pit mine vehicle scheduling.According to the design requirements, we have designed the tramcar vehicle intelligentterminal and the forklift-vehicle intelligent terminal. The tramcar terminal has beendesigned path navigation module, the voice prompts module, wireless communicationmanagement module and the anti-collision alert module, etc. These modules can beachieved effective scheduling of the tramcar and avoid the occurrence of vehicularaccidents and drivers slowdowns. Some functional modules, such as the accuratepositioning of the vehicle module, tramcar the loading prompt module and the server application module, have been designed in the forklift terminal. These modules can reducethe frequency of occurrence of the situation of the forklift loaded the wrong car, improvethe forklift production efficiency and provide the basis for the realization of the minevehicle scheduling system.Finally, according to the above proposed algorithm, this article also designs alimestone open pit mine vehicle scheduling software, in which mine electronic mapmodule, information management module, vehicle scheduling module and databasemodule, etc. have been designed. This software has make the real-time monitoring andaccurate positioning of the vehicle, carried out the overall planning of the miningproduction resources, achieved the optimal scheduling of vehicles and improved themanagement level of the mining and utilization of mineral resources. This part also hasdone the simulation experiment of the overall system to test and verify the algorithmsfeasibility and the reliability of the system.
