Research And Application About Hollow Grouting Anchor Technology In Deep Soft Rock Roadways

With the development of industrialization, China’s demand for coal is increasing constantly and the problems in the process of coal mining will become more and more.Controlling the stability of high stress, soft and broken surrounding rock roadway has become one of the problems encountered in the current coal mining.In order to control the deformation of surrounding rocks,the bolts and anchor cables are used in most of the coal mines in our country. Because of the anchorage characteristic limitations of bolts and anchor cables,the deformation of the surrounding rocks has not been controlled effectively in the practical engineering application.In recent years,coal mine accidents caused frequently because of the much deformation of surrounding rocks,and the main reason is that the support scheme is unreasonable.This will also become a big test of China’s coal roadway supporting.Therefore,it is imminent to propose a new support mechanism.Through access to a large number of literature,the paper makes a unified exposition on the domestic and foreign situation of roadway supporting.And through field sampling of surrounding rocks,it makes a qualitative analysis of nature and occurrence of surrounding rocks in the vice west wind tunnel in Qujiang company.At the same time,the borehole imager and geological radar are used to detect the development of rock loosing zone range,of which the results are similar. In order to control the deformation of surrounding rock,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages and the supporting mechanism of grouting technology and anchoring technique,and puts them together to develop a new repairing scheme for the roadway.Then,use FLAC3D software to simulation its supporting effect.Finally,through the mine pressure observation in recent four months,this paper makes the theory,numerical simulation and engineering practice unified well,and it also show that the program is feasible.Hollow grouting anchor supporting technology makes the anchors achieve full length anchoring by grouting,in order to control the deformation of roadway surrounding rocks.In addition,this technique lets the maintenance of the roadway become shorter,which has a obvious economic effect.In short,the application prospect of hollow grouting anchor supporting technology is very broad in the future.
