With the accelerating of the process of China’s industrialization, the energy demands are becoming bigger and bigger, the coal still have a large proportion, accounting for about70percents of China’s one-off energy consumption, and it can not be replaced by any other energy in a short time. The shallow resource of coal in China is drying up continuously, but demands of coal are rising, that lead to the depth of coal mining will increase in the future. The support of soft rock roadway has become the major technical problems of mine construction. With the bolts (cable bolts) support gradually mature, bolting and shotcreting support has been widely applied. However, after the bolting and shotcreting support, a part of the bolts (cable bolts) in the deep soft rock roadway has been break under the effect of long-term dynamic pressure, and has occurred net phenomena in recent years. The oversize later period deformation in the rock surrounding roadway, lead to the instability of the rock surrounding roadway, seriously affect the safe production in coal mining.Based on a large number of relevant literature and field research, the thesis comprehensively expound the development of domestic and foreign roadway support theories,the definition and classification of soft rock, the basic geological and mechanical characteristics of soft rock, the deformation characteristics and destructive mechanism of the deep soft rock,and the influencing element of the surrounding rock. It bases on the load-bearing mechanism of soft rock, analyzes the interaction principle of the supporting structure between the surrounding rock. Reaching the key principle of the soft rock roadway support, it is to improve the strength of the surrounding rock. It analyses the interaction mechanism and the applied range of bolting and shotcreting support, and putting forward supporting reinforcement method of hollow grouting anchor cable finally. It researches on and analysis the design parameters, anchoring principle, construction technology and advantages of the hollow grouting anchor cable technology.This thesis applies FLAC to analysis the deformation of surrounding rock of Qing Shuiying coal mining110205working face under two conditions in bolting and shotcreting support and hollow grouting anchor cable technology. The displacements of surrounding rock roof and floor and two gangs are determined to reduce by theory the instability phenomenon of large deformation of the surrounding rock has been effectively controlled. The supporting effect of hollow grouting anchor is very good. And making monitor of mine pressure at Qing Shuiying coal mine110205working face, the surrounding rock deformation can be effectively controlled under hollow grouting anchor support technology, by the comparative analysis of the experimental data and the combination of the experimental results and the simulation results. It has good economic benefits and the broad prospects for development.
