With the fixed number of mining increasing year by year and the deepening of mining depth growing, it is more serious for deep mining to control the roadway intersection surrounding rock.In response to solve the relevant problems, this paper is mainly regarded the crushing roadway intersection surrounding rock of South 1 and 2 cross measure where the depth is about 600 m of three level as a engineering background in Xingshan coal mine, Hegang mining area, traditional bolts, cables and nets was not satisfied with supporting demand in primary support. Through the method of the field research, indoor experimental research, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and so on, the destructive characteristics and factors of crushing roadway intersection surrounding rock were analyzed, the analysis pointed that high stress, large span, faultage,excavation disturbance and support effect; On the basis of these, the destructive mechanisms of crushing roadway intersection surrounding rock were summarized, according to the principle of bolt-net-anchor-grouting support, the anchor, cable, net and the strength of the surrounding rock are coordinated, and achieve a good support effect and be realized the integration of support and load distribution, it plays an important role in crushing roadway intersection surrounding rock support. Similarly, the research for flow rule of grouting in the intersection surrounding rock fracture and the diffusion form has been conducted, and the peep probe of the crushing roadway intersection surrounding rock is monitored. Through the image analysis, which shows that the hole depth is 2.5~3.5m, and it is easy to break obviously. After over this figure, the degree of fracture development is reduced; the character and mechanism of hollow grouting anchor support is summized, a new design scheme of crushing intersection roadway is carried out and proposed in strong longitudinal reinforcement rebar anchor + “U36” steel + base grouting anchor pipe coupling support, and carried out the construction on the spot, the numerical simulation of new support results that can reduce significantly the effect deformation of roadway intersection surrounding rock, and achieve the good effect. Through the observation on the spot, the new support technology was measured that the subsidence of roof and floor in three sections, which measures the data is 69 mm, 72 mm and 69 mm respectively, two nearer the quantity is 59 mm,60 mm, 55 mm respectively, the new support effect is obvious. For the application of hollow grouting anchor bolt support technology researches for similar projects under the condition of intersection roadway that provides a valuable significance of construction technology.
