At the moment, the demand for the coal is increasing daily. In order tomeet the needs of the community, a huge amount of coal mines promotedtheir abilities based on the existing foundation, improving the productioncapacity. Compared with the abroad, the mining equipments of China havesome flows in terms of technology. And the key ones are far away behindas well. The paper mainly studied the influence of bunton smoothness onlifting speed and analysed the force of explosive door, with theoreticalsignificance and engineering values.The paper introduced the factors which had an influence on buntondelivery speed and measured the smoothness of bunton.It built the solidmodel by Pro/e according to vertical tank bunton structure and the physicalmap, giving the dynamic equation. And it built the simulation modelconsidering the situations: moving,swing and their combinations. The papercarried out the vibration simulation on GDG/1.5/9/2/4/1.7,with differentlifting speed on the cage. Got the vibration of the cage in differentexcitation, gaining the root reasons why it is different to improve the liftingspeed of the vertical shaft. It analysed the working conditions and thetechnological demands of the explosive door. Based on the above,itdiscussed the synchronous counterweight explosive technologies, givingthe overall structural design of the explosive door. The paper described aimproved design based on the traditional vertical explosive door. Theexplosive cover has4lifting points distributed evenly.The door connecteda counterweight with the points by wire rope and steering wheel. And itmade the points force and lift synchronously, solving the easy damage, airleak, sekisui in oil groove and other traditional problems. The paper did athroretical analysis and a finite element analysis on the explosive door withthe negative pressure. The analysis results showed that the explosive doormet the strength requirements and the correctness of finite element analysis.And finally it analysed the impact of the great powerful gas explosion onthe explosive door.
