With the improvement of light hydrocarbon recovery technology in every field inChina continuously, oilfield associated gas recovery made of light hydrocarbon in eachbig oil field has also been vigorously promoted. Light hydrocarbon recovery process ofChina Oilfield associated gas from the whole before the last centuryeighty’s to misappropriate, later changed tothe oil to design, has been the basic realizationof localization, but most of the investment is large, the recovery rate is low, the waste ofenergyphenomenon. In order to better development of the technology, I am in theprocessof associated gas recovery in Wangyao block of Ansai oilfieldthrough technologicaltransformation, to optimize design.In this paper, for the purpose of technological transformation of theassociated gasrecovery in Wangyao block of Ansai oilfield, introduces theprocess optimization andtransformation of associated gas recoverytechnology and equipment. First, the two chaptermainly introduces thenecessity, design standard and the basic data of associated gasrecovery,third, the four chapter mainly introduces the Ansai oilfield associated gasrecovery oflight hydrocarbon in Wangyao block, parameter optimization and equipmentselection process, associated gas recovery. Optimizationdesign of process are discussed indetail and the optimum design process,conclusion. And introduces the optimized design of allkinds of equipment,including compressor, separator, an evaporator, tower, coolingequipment,and the auxiliary facilities, instrument and meter, power distribution foroptimization. The fifth chapter focuses on the design after the use of thesafety andenvironmental protection, occupational health analysis, takecorresponding measures, andfinally through the analysis of the economic benefits of the investmentbudget, budget. Through optimizing design,operation effect is very significant. The pursuitof technology, optimizationand reliable economic investment project is the transformation ofthe targetis the purpose of writing this thesis.
