At present,the environment and energy issues are increasingly becoming an important part of the sustainable development of the world economy, optimize the energy structure, improve environmental conditions, and enhance the income of residents to become an urgent problem to solve. Light hydrocarbons in natural gas as an important part of the energy structure, how to establish the efficient recovery process, has become the focus of the research on the recovery of light hydrocarbon, C3 the use of natural gas light hydrocarbon not only saves energy, but also can create enormous economic benefits. The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all, this paper summarizes the research status of light hydrocarbon recovery technology at home and abroad, as well as the classic examples of light hydrocarbon recovery at home and abroad. By comparing and analyzing the existing problems of the existing process and put forward the solution.Secondly, the recovery process of natural gas light hydrocarbon classification system, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the recovery process, and puts forward the method of using hybrid refrigeration recovery technology of nantian oil field project of natural gas terminal design, and the recovery process of the process, technology and equipment, the comprehensive nature of the product narrative.Again, the mixed refrigeration process we propose for the recovery process of evaluation methods, including evaluation of energy analysis of energy efficiency evaluation process of cold energy; simulation of the whole process model was optimized by using HYSYS software, the optimization of pressure, temperature, refrigerant composition and other parameters, reduce energy consumption, improve its economy. Objective. The economic indicators of technical and economic analysis method to evaluate the using process of the mixed refrigeration method of light hydrocarbon recovering cold energy, and points out that the start of the process of boundary conditions, the results show that light hydrocarbon recovery benefits using the process. Through the above two kinds of analysis, the mixed refrigeration process light hydrocarbon recovery process for comprehensive evaluation.
