Garbage transport is an important part of living garbage disposal system. It is a kind of special transportation problem constraints. In the garbage transport, impact on urban, social and economic effects, garbage removal system has been one study relatively weak link.One of the biggest constraints in terms of risk to the existence of the transport network, due to the different sections of the risks inherent in each, making the risk of transport vehicles in the transport network, caused by traveling road show different dynamic changes.
