The steam washing coal blending is an important link in production of coal preparation plant, moreover it is the last link of quality control of coal preparation plant. The implementation of the product blending meets the requirement in the terms of products ash of the customers, improves the diversity of products and the stability of quality.Along with the coal quality variation and the improvement of coal mining mechanization,the quantity of the coarse coal slime and fine coal is increasing.As a result, most of the steam coal preparation plants use the preparation of sized raw coal and blending coal preparation process.In order to achieve the user orders about product requirements, the plan generally uses the product blending under the produce storehouse.For the fine coal using preparation of sized raw coal,the system washes all coal in a period of time, and another period of time all coal don’t be washed. Always we will find that it exist disequilibrium between the storehouse of fine coal and that of cleaning coal in the blending process. That is to say the quantity of unwashed fine coal isn’t enough for the cleaning coal in result of the waste of resources and the increasing of the cost. For the sake of changing this situation, firstly,part of the raw coal in the particle size of50-0mm can be considered to be be washed, the other part directly transports to the product storehouse waiting for the blending process. Secondly, a new type of fine coal shunt device can be developed to classify for the fine coal. By analyzing the properties of Gu Qiao raw coal, using the sorting equipment stand-alone test results and re-election mathematical model to calculate the separation results, and then through the feedback of the quality of product,we will calculated the amount of washing fine coal. Then we can establish the mathematical model between the quantity and quality of the product and coal separation results, the amount of shunt fine coal, washing fine coal and the amount of coarse coal slime. In fully considering the production process and workshop space position, we carried on the redesign to shunt device by using three general flat gate with hydraulic drive, and equipped with coal flow and device, installed in the two bifurcate chute respectively-hydraulic thrust plate. In view of the actual process of Gu Qiao coal preparation plant,we choose to using RSview32configuration software development under the PC screen, at the same time with the factory to use AB PLC centralized control system.Then the control system can dynamically display the amount of the washing fine coal by controlling the hydraulic thrust plate opening in the chute to control the amount of washing fine coal.It can be examined by the online measuring of the electronic batching scale. Then the data is transported into PLC to complete the feedback control of PID so as to realize the online control of the amount of the washing fine coal. The application of Commercial Coal Dynamic Control System achieves automatically add and subtract of the washing fine coal quantity. Compared to the previous steam coal washing process, it reduces the worker’s labor intensity, makes the control of washing fine coal more reasonable and improve the stability and accuracy of the system.This system meet the requirements of all kinds of different users.It reduces the slime into the washing system so as to reduce the cost of washing-More importantly, the dynamic coal blending technology is effective technology to control air pollution in the current economic and technology conditions.
