Washing and blending of coal in power coal preparation plant is the most important link of production and quality control in coal preparation plant,Therefore,for the power coal preparation plant,it is the key to the production design to have a matching system that can meet the different needs of different users for commercial coal.The matching system can be used to flexibly adjust the calorific value(Ash)of commercial coal,can adapt to changing market demands.Based on the actual situation of Taoyuan coal preparation plant of Huaibei Mining Group,this paper analyzes several process modes that can be realized by the plant.In this paper,the total washing of lump coal and non-washing of fine coal are compared,and the influence and trend of raw coal washing amount,water content and particle size on ash content of commercial coal are studied.The final design uses a complex cascade control system,two regulators in series,by controlling the opening of the plough-shaped unloader on the 201 belt(raw coal belt),control the proportion of coal washing(through 201 belt,301 belt electronic belt scale,real-time monitoring of the current raw coal,block coal flow on the screen,that is,monitoring the proportion of coal washing),to achieve automatic coal blending diversion,the scheme of the intelligent control system for the quality of commercial coal is achieved by adjusting the stability of the ash content of commercial coal(detected by the on-line ash analyzer installed on the 704 belt).In order to achieve the expected goal,the paper also studies the measurement accuracy of the on-line ash analyzer and the method of improving the accuracy,designs and optimizes the coal blending and distributing device:a regulating device is set on the belt conveyor,it makes the coal seam pass through the ash analyzer smoothly and evenly,and uses the Grabs criterion statistical method to deal with the abnormal values of ash occasionally.The project is developed on the basis of the existing system of the Taoyuan coal preparation plant,retaining all the original configuration mode,and increasing the configuration of the intelligent control system for the quality of commercial coal,the functional structure mainly includes:Detection unit-on-line Ash Analyzer,electronic belt weigher,controller-ab PLC,actuator-plough coal unloader,as well as upper computer and other intelligent modules.The simple automatic control program of PLC is used to simplify the control mode in the system,and then the man-machine window interface is used to realize the remote monitoring of the whole control process through the upper operating system,finally,an intelligent coal quality control system suitable for Taoyuan coal preparation plant was established.The application of intelligent control system of commercial coal quality in power coal preparation plant can control the flow of raw coal and the amount of raw coal to be washed,and realize the function of automatic addition and subtraction.Compared with the former process flow of Taoyuan coal preparation plant,the intelligent control system of commodity coal quality can set different washing proportion and control automatically according to the requirements of different users,which reduces the time and labor intensity of stopping to change the screen plate and saves time and labor,at the same time,the coal blending is more reasonable,the quality of commercial coal is stable,the production rate and output of commercial blended coal are increased,the washing cost is reduced,and more importantly,power Coal blending technology has great advantages in protecting ecological environment,reducing coal slurry treatment capacity and saving resources.Figure 30 Table 3 Reference 66...
