China is the biggest user of coal,and the mining industry is an important industry of energy mining.The traditional production technology and management model has been unable to meet the requirement of modernization. The key techniques to solve these problems lies in the modernization of information management of mine.Therefore, people put forward the concept of "digital mine".Digital mine is the digital expression of the true mine, the realization of mine production and safety management by digital and three-dimensional visualization is the application of geographic information system in mining area.Among them, the roadway and strata are two main types of spatial objects in digital mine. The roadway is the transporting channels for mine and mining workers lifting,also,it is the main space for underground operations, ventilation and drainage.For the entire mine, the roadway is the core part. Therefore, the three-dimensional model of roadway is an important part of the establishment of geographic information system, and also is the foundation of digital mine construction.First of all,this paper describes the commonly used three-dimensional data model and three-dimensional data structure, analysis the sources of roadway data and data characteristics,using object-oriented method,designs the3D data model to construct the3D mine tunnel network model and the corresponding3D data structure. In view of the existing methods can not solve the issues such as:three-dimensional model of roadway smooth processing and model of seamless splicing,this paper based on the analysis of the basic structure of tunnel, puts forward the classification modeling, according to the structural characteristics of roadway,tunnel model is divided into simple and complex tunnel. In the view of the different tunnel model proposed different construction algorithm,based on the model constructed in the tunnel, and then automatically combination into3D models of the independent roadway roadway.Aiming at the complicated tunnel model, proposed method of loading transition section, This method can solve the problem smooth handling of tunnel corner, the crossing point and different sections of the combination model.For seamless splicing model, put forward the method of automatic generation of the insertion point. This method is based on the attribute preference generates a corresponding number of the insertion point in the corresponding position;then according to the node attributes of intersection to generate the corresponding tunnel model; finally, the insertion point loaded at different roadway model, complete model of seamless splicing.In addition,this paper discusses the advantages of component technology in the development of digital mine system, based on the Windows7operating system, using ArcGIS EnginelO as the development platform, SQL Server as the background database,using C#language, developed a3D automatic modeling system of roadway. And this paper put the Bei Xin Yao coal mine as the example, to verify the system.The experiment proved that the modeling method is feasible, and the system runs normally.
