In the future,"Smart mine" is the trend of mine development,and three-dimensional tunnel model system is the basis of realizing "Smart mine" in the coal mine.The number of mine roadway is numberous and has complicated structure.This paper studied the three-dimensional roadway model,proposed a roadway correlation analysis algorithm based on the information reconstruction of mine data.The three-dimensional roadway modeling method is studied by using component library technology,and the three-dimensional mine roadway model system is established The dissertation mainly includes the following research work:This thesis proposed an algorithm of roadway correlation analysis based on information reconstruction.Firstly,we studied the analytical method of DWG mining map,and then analyses the mining map according the EATTEXT function.Then,the roadway structure information in the "Mine Ventilation System Diagram" was reconstructed,and combined with the "Roadway Specification Parameter Table" to get the full roadway data information,such as roadway code,coordinates,inclination,full height,floor width,length and section type.Finally,the roadway features were extracted,and the roadway correlation analysis algorithm that could reflect the roadway topological relationship was constructed.The Analysis provides roadway data information for mine 3D modeling.This thesis proposed a 3D tunnel modeling method based on component library.Firstly,the Boursha coordinate transformation model is used to transform the tunnel coordinates in the mine map to the coordinate system which used in this paper.Then,the tunnel model components were created according to the section shape,and then the splicing model components were created according to the number of splicing channels,and the 3 D model component library was constructed.Finally,paper proposed a three-dimensional mine roadway modeling based on component library technology.The method uses the information of the roadway,such as coordinate,size and roadway level,and uses the component model in the component library to build a complete three-dimensional roadway.This thesis completed the design and implementation of the three-dimensional tunnel model system through the reconstruction of tunnel data information and the study of 3D modeling method.Paper adopts the object oriented idea and applies the 3D modeling and the visualization technology in order to convert the roadway information in the mine map into the 3D model in the virtual scene,then realizes the virtual tour of the 3D scene.The system has beautiful interface,lifelike 3D scene and interaction.The research work of this system provides technical support for the realization of 3D visualization of mines,promotes the intelligent development of mines,and provides guarantee for the safety production of mines.
