| With the rapid development of the national economy, Rectangular pipe has abroad market prospect in the construction industry, civil engineering, container andother industries.The process of direct continuous cold roll-forming of rectangularpipe,the strip is formed through a series of cold roll-forming machine, weld the edgeand then obtained the final product through the shaping process,in order to make theedge of the welding process complete and stable,to prevent the defects,such as edgewave and longitudinal bending,produced on the edge is necessary.Based on Taguchimethod,this paper showed the orthogonal design of different levels of the differentprocess parameters,such as Inter-distance between roll stands,the coefficient offriction and Line velocity,the process of square pipe is used for the explicit nonlineardynamic analysis with the finite element software ABAQUS, the value of eachparameter which minimum the maximum longitudinal strain on each stand isobtained.By optimize the roll forming process,the longitudinal elongation and sheardeformations are reduced,at the same time,the edge deformation between the forthstand to the tenth stand is balanced,and so as to eliminate the defects,such as edgewave and longitudinal bending. |
