Aluminum high reinforced plate parts mentioned. This passage is an important part of acertain kind of underwater navigation product,these parts belong to the high reinforced plateparts, and they require high accuracy in size. Besides, Room temperature and corrosionresistance of these parts are highly required. Considering the special functions and workingenvironment of these parts, and combining with the demand for lightweight parts, this paperadopts5A06aluminum alloy as the raw material.For such parts, the narrow and thin part is difficult to take into shapes during the processof plastic deformation, while the current domestic method usually adopts the way of directmachining of the blank shape to get the product directly. This kind of processing method onthe material and energy consumption are rather huge and the cost of the parts of theproduction is too high to afford, the equipment and artificial cost is higher, the processingtime is much longer. To some extent, it is hard to meet the requirements of the product insome ways or other. Therefore, this paper adopts the method of plastic deformation of thealuminum alloy parts for processing forming. In addition, according to the characteristics ofparts on the existence of narrow steel structure to preform billet before the plastic formingblocking. After preform billet organization in the process of plastic deformation, the fullelaboration, cooperate with the appropriate heat treatment process, to ensure the final shape,the structure uniformity of the workpiece position, and overall performance.First analyze the parts structure, build the model, the material and forming method forprocess analysis, and determine the optimum processing route. Using three dimensional finiteelement numerical simulation software DEFORM in affecting aluminium alloy plasticforming process of the key factors and process parameters for numerical simulation. Bynumerical simulation, we gain the the key parameters of structure. Change the key parameters, the orthogonal experiment method is used to determine the simulation method, accordingto the simulation results of equivalent stress distribution, equivalent strain field and metalflow, the plastic deformation of billet in the process of preheating temperature, punch speed,coefficient of friction between parts is optimized and confirmed the parts forming processparameters in the process of optimization theory. On the basis of the optimization in theprocess of extrusion is analyzed furtherAccording to the simulation results and analysis, design processing mold, aluminumalloy parts forming experiments. Try to make the product to meet the requirement sin size.through the further analysis and inspection, to determine the performance and qualitycomponents. Through the research on the processing technology of aluminum alloy parts andusing the finite element numerical simulation analysis technology, engineering or productionactual problem, improve product precision and reduces the production cost of manufacture,thus have solved the complex parts forming problem, also can improve the quality of theplastic forming the workpiece, reduce material consumption, improve the service life of themold, improve product and the competitive ability of the enterprise.
