With the rapid development of high-speed machining technology, high speed drilling(HSD) technology has also received widespread attention. Deep hole drill as a key equipmentof deep hole processing, are rarely results in high speed drilling. In order to meet therequirements of the high-speed cutting processing, a held steady in the high speed drilling, itcan achieve efficient chip removal and efficient cooling of deep hole drilling.Using highspeed cutting technology and fluid knowledge, redesigns of deep hole drill structure andstudies its motion state in high speed drilling.Deep hole machining process, the internal space is very narrow, deep hole drill to ensureenough space for chip removal channel, and to guarantee enough rigidity in the feed.
