| This article was based on the program---Research of XGQ3650off-way wide-bodymining dump truck frame cooperated by Jilin University and Ximen XGMA HeavyIndustry CO.,LTD focusing on the driving performance of off-way wide-body mining dumptruck. As off-way wide-body mining dump truck has the features of large load capacity,long working time, high experiment cost and non-indrustrial standard, so this articleanalyzed the trafficability, operational stability and comfort by using the theories ofMulti-body Dynamics, theoretical mechanics, mechanics of materials and so on. Then theresearch achievement would also apply to practical engineering and provide a certaintheoretical basis and technical support for the design and optimization of off-waywide-body mining dump truck.The multi-body dynamics model was built firstly. the Multi-body dynamics modelincluded front suspension system, After the suspension system, steering system, flexibleframe, cab, road and so on. Through the comparative analysis between the simulationresults and the experiment results the multi-body dynamics model was finally provedcorrected, which Laid the foundation for the next simulation analysis.Then the trafficability was analyzed by the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model. Theforce and displacement in the working conditions of washboards, up and down slope, rollslope were analyzed respectively. What’s more, improvement suggestions were raisedaccording to the practical situation.Finally, the trafficability, operational stability and comfort were analyzed according tothe government standard which offered a reference method for the design of mining truck. |
