Rockburst refers to the phenomenon that during coal mining process coaland rock under certain conditions of high stress under the action of suddeninstability destruction of mine dynamic.When coal mining space surroundingrock mass in mine pressure, rockburst is characterized by coal rock outburstmine pressure power. It is one of the major coal mine disasters and serious threatthe safety of the mine production.Datong Coal Mine Group Xinzhouyao mine is the typical shallow (depth380m) bumping mine, which mining rock burst occurred repeatedly. Drillholepressure relief, relief groove, blasting relief, hydraulic fracturing and othermethods were used for management and played some certain effects. However,these methods still have some flaws, such as blasting relief easily causesecondary disaster. This test proposed using hydraulic cutting seam to preventimpact ground pressure for8937workingface status, and get good applicationresults. The main work and research results are as follows:By studying the8937workingface of the actual situation, combined withgeological conditions,coal petrology characteristics, the situation around theworking face, the original rock stress measurements and so on, discuss thefactors of rock burst occurred in the mine.It is considered that geologicalstructure, leaving in the adjacent coal pillars face,"two hard" condition, theoriginal rock stress are the major factors in mine rockburst.The mechanism of slotting rock burst prevention is analysised.The slottedequipment assembly and commissioning are completed and in front of the underground construction were studied experimentally,then got some relevantslotted parameters.The study of numerical simulation of hydraulic slotting workout the drilling length, and simulate the difference stability between slotted andnon-slotted roadway. The results show that slotting can effectively prevent theoccurrence of rock burst.To make slotting rockburst prevention to achieve optimal results,comparative studied about the slotted angle, drill spacing, speed slotted etc. havebeen completed. The pressure is the amount of slag to60MPa determined by thepressure change and the amount of discharge quantity, slotted speed8cm/min,drilling spacing of1.5m, slotted depth8~10m.Thesis in five ways to evaluate slotted effects: drilling pressure changes,microseismic signal analysis, roadway deformation analysis and drilling TVmonitor. The results show that slotting coal and rock stress be released andtransferred, then the stress transfer to the deep and sides that reduce the risk ofrock burst and effective prevention of rock burst.
