| Horizontal sand mill is widely used in paints, dyes, oil paints, inks, pharmaceuticals, magnetic, ferrite and other non-metallic mineral industries high efficiency wet ultrafine grinding and dispersion machinery.This paper analyzes the current situation and development trend of horizontal sand mill domestic and overseas, and the comparison of various types of grinding machines, devised a new type of horizontal sand mill.In this paper with horizontal sand mill for the study, the integrated use of finite element numerical simulation, mechanical design and optimization theory to complete the overall design of horizontal sand mill. Using CAXA, Solidworks, ANSYS software completes the overall structure of the grinding equipment mechanical design, Finite Element Analysis and Simulation of key components, and optimization of parameters and structural design. Specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:Completed the overall design of horizontal sand mill, it consists of the power system, transmission, grinding equipment, spindle, cooling systems, control systems, material conveying system, material separation devices and other components. By the analysis of grinder material comminution mechanism to determine the dynamic parameters and motion parameters of sanding machine, the size of main working parts grinding cylinder, spindle and other parts. Through the analysis of various parts of the grinding apparatus work environment characteristics, selected the best materials, determine the contact parts with material in grinding cylinder are made of ceramic material structure.Simulate through the ANSYS software, establish horizontal sand mill spindle model in ANSYS software, by the statics analysis of spindle and grinding disc, obtain the stress size, to testing the structure meet the strength and stiffness requirements of design by simulation, feasibility actual production; and the model is used in modal analysis, get the natural frequency that easy to produce resonance during operation. To optimize the design on the size of the structure of the main spindle, use genetic algorithms, to determine the optimal solution, and serialized the size of spindle. |
