Since the21st century, due to the rapid industrial development, in energy,resources and environment, and all aspects of human are facing a serious problem.Lignocellulose is the main product of plant photosynthesis.Due to the lignocellulosecan be cellulose enzyme hydrolysis to produce reducing sugar, so usingmicroorganisms to reducing sugar into ethanol, become an important direction in thestudy of new energy.The efficiency of lignocellulose biomass is converted to glucose is the importantfactors influencing the fermentation process, and cellulase is the most important oflignocellulose converted to reducing sugar hydrolysis enzyme, the magnitude oftrichoderma strains in pH5, temperature28℃and lignocellulose together develop,this paper established a new strains by protoplast fusion mutagenesis method, will bethree different magnitude of trichoderma strains QM9414, MCG77, RutC-30to wall,fusion, and two rounds of selection.Finally selected the high yield of trichodermastrains JL6on the Richter scale.Compared with the traditional strain, JL6cellulase,beta glycosidase enzyme and pectinase had significant improvement.Cellulase enzyme system is a more complex, need a variety of enzymes synergy,and to properly coordinate the proportion of multienzyme system. This studydiscusses the pretreatment method of NaOH, after NaOH pretreatment of straw fibercontent has obvious rise, rising by33%to43.74%;And lignin decreased significantly,from20%to11.6%.At the same time, through the determination of before and afterthe pretreatment of saccharification effect can be seen that after NaOH pretreatment,the saccharification is an obvious rise, glucose conversion rate rose to92%from35%before pretreatment.At the same time, this research also has carried on thesynchronization to NaOH pretreatment of straw after saccharification fermentationresearch, by the end of ethanol and alcohol conversion rate, you can see that in theprocess of simultaneous saccharification fermentation,, the corresponding alcoholproduction rate is as high as88%.
