With the development of industrial automation control, computer controland network communication technology, the automatic control system of coaltransfer station, put forward higher requirements for people to control. In orderto satisfy the demand of system safety, stable operation, ensure the safeoperation of belt conveyor to improve the intelligence and automation system,try to make it work unattended, at the same time improve the plant efficiency,ensure the economic benefit. Therefore based on the premise of automationcontrol, communication network and the configuration monitoring system,established a set of data information sharing, real-time communicationnetwork.to ensure the data transmission with a real-time, accurate, high speedcommunication network, and ensure the coal conveying control system of coaltransfer station safety, reliable operation, reduce the staff operations, to ensurethe production process monitoring and management.This paper is aimed at the design of automatic control system of coal inShanxi province Datong Daqin coal transfer station. In the design process byusing the programmable logic controller, N:N communication network andupper computer monitor system, design an automatic control system to ensurethe whole coal,10belt conveyor normal and stable operation, complete the transportation of coal bunker storage and loading functions. The MITSUBISHIseries PLC and the N:N network, to achieve four control cabinet PLCcommunication and data sharing, realize process of the whole system operationin the central control room. Because each of the control cabinet is far away, usethe fiber optic repeater signal conversion and transmission, save a lot ofconnection at the same time, optimize the overall network structure of thesystem, make sure the signal transmission in the network of high-speed andaccuracy. In the control room operation platform through the installation ofKingview software, real-time monitoring for the operation of the equipment, andthe device comprises a belt conveyor motor start, stop, operation of the motorcurrent, motor oil and other real-time information, the normal operation of theconveyor belt will also monitor whether or not, such as rope, deviation alarmprompt information, convenient for the operator to monitor the process, contactthe fault in time, prevent from the fault, to ensure the safe, reliable operation ofconveyor.In this paper, the design of the Daqin coal transfer station automatic controlsystem is four units of MITSUBISHI FX3U series PLC as control devices, usethe N:N network to communication, complete the build of communicationnetwork control system. To use the Kingview software management the controlsystem as the host computer monitoring system, design and development ofmonitoring, alarm records and history trend curve record and query etc. Foroperators to monitor and operation process. The design of this system is good to meet the coal conveying controlsystem’s control demand, the commissioning phase has been completed, eachfunction can be preserved, and had good economic and environmental benefits.At the same time improve the production efficiency of the coal transfer stationand improve the economic benefit.
