With the resource recyclingincreasingly high demands of the whole society,coal pillar recycling is more and more important. Coal pillar recovery miningface has special pressure feature, because both sides were minedout. And pillaractual process willencounter anempty alley, and other mining areas have specialcircumstances, making mining operations face many difficulties. Now theresulting movement of the over burden characteristics and strata movementlawis aimed primarily at ordinary mining face. The most theoretical analysis ofthe studies are based on the results achieved in the actual scene.Inthis paper,35coal pillar recovery mining face in Xiadian is theengineering background. In order to solve the above problems,35coal pillarrecovery work surface over burden structure and over all fracture morphologyand strata movement law are studied, with theoretical analysis, FLAC softwaresimulation and field measurement. The main research contents are as follows.(1)The overlying strata breaking height and the whole form are in35coalpillar recovery mining face.(2)The strata behaviors of the35coal pillar recovery working face i- ncludes: to pressure step distance of the working face, the distribution ofworking resistance of the hydraulic support, the distribution of the advan-ceing support pressure, and surface displacement law of coal roadway inworking face.(3)Through abandoned lane, strata behaviors and measures are in35coalpillar recovery mining face.Research is a guarantee for safe and efficient production.Research has acertain reference value for coal pillar recovery mining, under the sameconditions.
