No pillar mining is an advanced coal mining technology, it has the following advantages:improve the coal recovery rate, reduce drivage quantity, keep safety in production of mineand improve technical and economic benefits of mine. Left lane along the empty is one of themain form of no pillar mining technology, traditional left lane along the empty is casting acontinuous wall to preserve roadway in tendency, yet retracement and left lane along theempty is a new way of left lane along the empty support technology, retracement and left lanealong the empty is as follows: after working face arriving at the stop-line, brushing help andsupport retreat channel, strengthening the support of broken roof, temporarily support the laneby single prop while retracing support, with the cover and support of single prop, at the placeof a roadway width, hanging soft mold and pumping the intensity-modulated self-compactingconcrete into the soft mould, casting a soft mold concrete closed and continuous wall, so thelane retreat channel can be preserved with the help of the continuous wall and inner support,and this channel can be as a belt lane of next working face.This article based on the project conditions of retracement and left lane along the emptyof15224S inner working face of Jiu-long coal, put forward research significance, researchcontent, technical scheme and technical route of retreat and left lane along the empty on thebasis of research of left lane along the empty at home and abroad, obtaining innovation andadvancement of retreat and left lane along the empty by comparing the current research statusof left lane along the empty at home and abroad in this paper, have the numerical simulationresearch and theoretical calculation to retracement and left lane along the empty continuouswall supporting structure in Jiu-long coal, combining with the actual stress and displacementmonitoring data with the results of numerical simulation analysis, comparing them, obtainingthe variation law of stress and displacement of retracement channel in construction process, further analysis of the supporting structure strength and stability, optimize the supportingparameters, and based on this it proposes construction technology and quality control of theretracement and left lane along the empty support technology.This paper studies the supporting engineering for soft mold concrete retracement and leftlane along the empty has the following innovative and advanced:①The maximum height ofsoft mold pump concrete left lane along the empty reached3.0meters, to further expandapplication scope of support technology of the soft model pump concrete left lane along theempty.②It is the first time of soft mold pump concrete supporting technology has beensuccessfully applied to retreat mining left lane along the empty. Finishing no pillar-mining offace along the strike, broke the limitations application of previous soft mould, can bearpressure and succumb to the pressure appropriately, the effect support and forming is good.③It is the first time to use soft mold pump concrete left lane along the empty support in600m depth of mine, providing a new technical support to mine of deep buried and high-pressureleft lane along the empty support.
