Slime water treatment process is very important to a coal preparation plant,whose treatment efficiency not only directly affects the index of water reuse andrecycling, but also has a great influence on other parts of coal preparation plant,such as the separation efficiency and the quantity and quality index of products,even is a very important system to restrict the economic and social benefits.In control system of slime treatment for Fenghuangshan mine coalpreparation plant as the research object, in view of the backward of the controlmode and the waste of the source in the mine, the control system on slimetreatment can be designed using PLC and configuration software. This systemuses two sets of S7-1200PLC and two sets of S7-200PLC for dosing control andthe underflow control of the thickener in the underlying controller, designscomputer monitoring software based on Force Control V7.0, realizes theinteroperability between the controllers through the Ethernet network.According to technological process and concrete production conditions ofraw coal separation as well as the coal slime water treatment system, having aflocculation and settling test of the slime water, combining the influence offlocculation and sedimentation to concentration of slurry, coal slurry flow andthe amount of dry coal, a reasonable reagent system can be investigated andreceiced, which providing the basis for automatic dosing.Based on this, the hardware and software design of each part of the system is carried out, which mainly includes the design of the master control station,bottom control system, the medicament preparation and adding system, thecommunication between hardware equipment and master and slave controller,the communication between master and slave and computer.Control system adopts feedforward with feedback multi strategy controlalgorithm to realize the control of automatic dosing. Bsed on the reagent system,the effect of feed flow and feed concentration on the dosage can be analysed andstudied.So the control strategy and algorithm of feedforward can be designed.The fuzzy control is introduced into the feedback, through considering the effectof feed flow and feed concentration on the dosage into the fuzzy control rules,the control strategy and algorithm of the feedback link can be analysed andstudied.Finally, the control system is installed and debugged in the field.Industrialexperiments show that the data transmission between each part of the system isstable and reliable; the feedforward-feedback strategy can control the turbidityof overflow in a reasonable range, to ensure stable operation of coal slurrytreatment system, to reduces labor intensity of workers and cost of pumpoperation, to save the consumption of reagent, to improve the enterpriseeconomic benefit and social benefit.
