The Design Of Automatic Dosing System Of Slime Water Base On PLC Control

It designed the automatic dosing system of slime water based on PLC, and the main work includes the design of system structure, the design of automatic dosing and the design of HMI configuration.In order to improve the effect of agent preparation, the method of pre-solution of agent has been changed in the system. The position of hopper was decreased and the workload was reduced. To get the good consequences, feedforward-feedback strategy was used to control the automatic dosing system for the characteristics of process of slime water sedimentation; To find out the relationship between the concentration of slime water and the optimal dosage, the slime water sedimentation test was completed,and obtained the control strategy of feedforward mathematical model; According to working experience the feedback fuzzy controller was designed, and the whole control strategy of mathematical model was given. The system can be conveniently used by users through design the configuration of HMI. The system process and historical process can be shown clearly for users according to provide the function of amending the process parameters, alarm and querying the historical data.
