Research On The Influencing Element Of Augment Peasants' Income In Jiangxi Province And Countermeasures

Farmers' income is a key point in the rapid development of agriculture and modernization of rural areas, and even the bottleneck restricting the fast development of national economy. In China, the biggest problem of economic and social development is SanNong issue, in which farmers are the core issue of SanNong issue, and income increase is the core issue of farmers. As farmers compose the biggest part of whole population, the slow growth of whose income greatly affects the improvement of farmers' life standards, restricts the capability for our future agricultural development, weakens the growth for foundation of the national economy, influences the national economy to maintain a sustainable, rapid and healthy development. At the same time, the wider urban-rural gap also affects the social stability and unity. In such a context, the central government has introduced series of Central No.l Document to promote agricultural development and increase farmers'income for five consecutive years since 2004. Under the guidance of these policies, Chinese farmers'income has increased slightly, but we still lack of a farmers' income-inceasing mechanism.As Jiangxi is a major and key agricultural provice and typical grain-producing region in the midland of China, the analysis of the factor for farmers'income increase in Jiangxi not only relates to farmers' poverty alleviation and sustainable rural socio-economic development, but also can helps the government to formulate and implement agricultural and rural economic strategy, and to do adjustments to the current Sannong policy. The meaning of growth of farmers'income to Jiangxi's rural economy is significant. How to increase farmers' income and improve their current situation depends on a lot of system factors and social conditions. How to make sure a long-tie,sustainable,rapid farmers' income growth, how to set up an effective farmers'income-increasing mechanism are the top priority of government work, to which should be paid special concern and key resolvement.Increasing farmers'income depends on a lot of system factors and social conditions. This paper starts with the descriptions of farmers'income components and influcing factors of income growth. Theory going with practice, this paper then uses methods of inductive analysis, specification analysis, empirical analysis to analyze Jiangxi farmers' income characteristics and income's sourcing structural changement since the Reform and Opening-up, and then do inductive analysis to Jiangxi farmers' income increase in different periods before and behind the Reform and Opening-up, in which, both internal and external factors influcing Jiangxi farmers'income increase are analyzed here, and then series of corresponding improvemental countermeasures for Jiangxi farmers'income increase are then promoted with pratice.This paper contains six chapters. Chapter one mainly introduces the significance and purpose of selecting this topic, and then a synthesized review of research results of theories of farmers' income increase both at home and abroad, and as a last part the research thoughts and methods of this article. Chapter Two not only defines the concepts both of farmers and farmers'income, but also sums up the policies and theories both at home and abroad. Chapter Three analyzes the significance of Jiangxi farmers'income growth and changement. Chapter Four applies empirical analysis to the influencing factors to Jiangxi farmers'income increase. Chapter Five puts forward corresponding suggestions to help Jiangxi farmers to increase income with a conclusion as Chapter Six.
