The issue of agriculture and rural areas is a fundamental issue concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood.After years of development,Yuhang's rural economy has improved rapidly,but it still faces many difficulties and problems.The most prominent problem is the uneven development of urban and rural areas.The long-term mechanism for increasing farmers' income is not stable and the pressure for continuous income increase is high.In the new time and new stage,ensuring the steady growth of farmers' income and the sustainable development of the rural economy are the most crucial tasks,and it's an important basis for realizing the revitalization of Yuhang Village.This research reviews the changes in the income level of Yuhang farmers since 1985,the changes,t of income structure and the income gap between urban and rural residents.On this basis,15 villages(communities)were randomly selected to conduct questionnaire surveys and collect relevant literature and data materials.The main problems in the current income of Yuhang farmers are summarized.First,the growth rate of wage income declines,which affects the sustained income growth.Second,the development of rural industries is limited,and the agricultural economic activities are not good.The third is the support of fiscal revenue.Insufficient,the source of income is too singular;Fourth,the income gap between urban and rural residents continues to widen,and it is difficult for low-income groups to increase their income.Through the summarization and induction of a series of problems in the income growth of Yuhang farmers,further analyzc and explain the reasons behind the problems.Based on the analysis of empirical investigation and literature,this research summarizes the factors affecting the growth of Yuhang farmers' income and the reasons for their interpretation.First,in terms of wage income of farmers,human capital,industrial structure and private enterprises have a direct impact on factors such as employment.Second,in terms of farmers' operating income,the low added value of small-scale agricultural production brands,the lack of development of non-agricultural operating industries,and the problems of rural e-commerce are substantial factors.Third,in terms of farmer property income,the problems of rural land and housing sites,the unbalanced development of village collective economy,and the lack of farmers' investment awareness are the main reasons.Fourth,in terms of farmers' income transfer,the lack of public finances and the imperfect rural social security system affect farmers' income transfer.Through the analysis of the reasons,it will help to provide a series of suggestions for increasingYuhang farmers' incomeBased on the analysis of existing influencing factors and the reasons,some targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.First,the increase in wage income needs to strengthen the employment service system,accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure,and support the development of private enterprises.Second,the improvement of operating income needs to promote the reform of agricultural supply side,develop rural tourism,and develop rural e-commerce;The improvement of sexual income needs to promote the determination of land and housing property rights and rights,develop rural collective economy,and cultivate farmers' awareness of financial management.Finally,the increase of transfer income needs to increase the intensity of public finance to the countryside and improve the rural social security system.Through multi-level,multi-agent and multi-faceted efforts,we will provide diversified ways for Yuhang farmers to increase their income and create a better agricultural and rural development.
