Since reform and opening, with the rapid and sustained developing of China's economy, the proportion of building industry in the national economy is increasing, and the development of the building industry also drives other related industries developing rapidly, making it as a pillar industry in the national economy growing. However, we all know that the building industry is the traditional labor-intensive industries, the overall employees have low quality, especially the workers that are in the front-line in heavy manual.As in recent years, China's rural surplus labors migrate to cities and towns continually, from agriculture to engage in secondary and tertiary industries, particularly in the building industry what influxes a large number of migrant workers. But the migrant workers in the building industry mostly have low quality and skill, lack the necessary training and management, which are the bottlenecks that restricted the quality of the construction and the development of the building industry. As the foundational industry that the national economy sectors depend on, the building industry has made a great progress.But it also has many problems, such as the construction in poor quality, the market lacking norms, the extensive mode of production, technological level needs improving and so on. These make the quality of building in poor quality, and even the incidents of construction safety and quality problem occur frequently, and the evens of wage arrears and violating rights of migrant workers often happen. How to make the more than 3800 million employees having low quality in building industry in China to improve the quality rapidly has become pressing, urgent the appropriate methods and measures, and strengthening the training of migrant workers on the building industry becomes the first choice.The paper bases on the theory of strengthening the migrant workers'the training and education, proves to enhance the quality and skills of migrant workers, need to strengthen their education, to investment the human resources to improve the quality and skills of migrant workers.These are not only benefited to the migrant workers and employing enterprises, but also to society and the state, to realize a comprehensive well-off society and realize all-round development of the person. Then, followed by the Suizhou training actuality of the migrant workers in the building industry in recent years, combined with the field survey data,analysis the survey results were analyzed, in-depth analysis the problems in the training of migrant workers in Suizhou building industry. There are many problems in the training process of migrant workers in the Suizhou building industry, such as the dominant position that the migrant workers involved in training is not obvious, they lack enthusiasm and initiative in the training; The management and development of training project are very complex, which requires coordination of social forces that participate to the training; The training behavior of training institutes is increasingly deviated from the original aim, the training need to coordinate the demand about training of migrant workers with the training supply of training institutions, employers and government training unity;Training mechanism is not perfect, need to improve the training input mechanism, training management structure and so on. Finally, the thesis based on the problems found in the survey, make some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to better carry out the training of migrant workers in the building industry.
