How to make the more than 3800 million employees having low quality in building industry in China to improve the quality rapidly has become pressing, urgent the appropriate methods and measures, and strengthening the training of migrant workers on the building industry becomes the first choice.The paper bases on the theory of strengthening the migrant workers'the training and education, proves to enhance the quality and skills of migrant workers, need to strengthen their education, to investment the human resources to improve the quality and skills of migrant workers.These are not only benefited to the migrant workers and employing enterprises, but also to society and the state, to realize a comprehensive well-off society and realize all-round development of the person.
