Study On The Evaluation System Of Construction Supervision Enterprise's Social Responsibility

In recent years, as people concerned about the business and social relations, international and domestic discussions on corporate social behavior and practice in full swing, corporate social responsibility, in-depth theoretical study and practice of the industry to enterprises in various industries, companies regularly publish corporate social responsibility report on the Government to formulate the relevant policy to guide enterprises to actively practice social responsibility. Project Management Enterprises belongs to service industry businesses, because of the particularity of the nature of their work, their behavior has been the concern of government and society. Project supervision system to ensure project quality, investment and progress in achieving project benefits have played an important role in society and the government has been recognized by the building construction field play an important role. However, due to various reasons, China's supervision enterprises, there are still many problems:the technical level supervisors, professional ethics and sense of service is not high, a number of long-term supervision enterprises rely on "hanging card" engineer to achieve qualification, contractors and owners unable to obtain recognition. Supervision core competitiveness of enterprises is rather weak, little-known supervision enterprises.This paper mainly from four aspects of social responsibility in the supervision of the implementation of the industry were discussed. The first part mainly for corporate social responsibility and its evaluation of the theory, a synthesis of research, on this basis, the proposed project to establish the need for corporate social responsibility and importance. The second part is mainly characterized by the supervisory work, and supervision of the characteristics of business conducted in-depth analysis, based on analysis of the supervision of enterprises stakeholder composition, and further discussed the project supervision of the main elements of corporate social responsibility. The third component is aimed at corporate social responsibility project supervision to develop the main elements of the corresponding evaluation index system in order to facilitate the implementation of the project supervision level of business evaluation. Established a comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy hierarchy evaluation model using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight. The fourth component is aimed at enterprises in one of Henan Province supervision of social responsibility for assessing the empirical research. Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this supervision enterprises get back to the fulfillment of obligations the state were evaluated.
