In fact, there are so much relationship between the society and the company, which are playing important role increasingly during the course of company's development. So besides the benefit of owner, the corporation must consider that of other relative strategically in the long run.The issue of CRS comes from the contradiction of resource and development. Economic globalization optimizes the resource in larger scope, makes the society flourishing, at the same time the conflicts among people upgrade. While people enjoy the material, they are also take the serious result from environment destroys. The great contradiction between the unlimited desire and the limited resource occurs. Energy crisis, climate deterioration, plant deforest, disaster increase is affecting people's normal life. Therefore, a corporation should coordinate the relationship of natural and itself. Furthermore, Corporation Responsibility of Society must put the relationship of people into consideration.The thesis studies the theories and realities of CRS, esp. the issue about our corporations. Because the CRS management in our country comes up lately, and the situation is fairly complicate, the scientific evaluation to different case is urgently needed.
