Study On Introducion Foreign Strategic Investors Effect Of China's Commercial Bank

Over the years,the importance and fragility of the banking sector determines its degree of openness has been the lowest in the departments of States, especially in the case of developing countries. However, since the mid-20th century,90 foreign banks on behalf of foreign strategic investors change strategic, that has been the tradition of the developed countries only, significantly accelerated the pace step into developing countries. The contrast is the attitude of developing countries in opening up the banking sector has also emerged a fundamental change from the past into a relaxed restrictions severely restricted. From the perspective of developing countries, a phenomenon worth exploring directly led to two problems:one is what causes this phenomenon? Another is what kind of impact will the phenomenon causes? This is the problem of the need and effect problem. This paper is focused on these two issues, both theoretical and empirical aspects of China's commercial banks the effect of foreign strategic investors introducing.First, the paper analyzes three dimensions of commercial banks in China's need for introducing foreign strategic; and then base on the financial deepening and the market structure theory, to explore the motivating factor of foreign strategic investors; Then, made the analysis of economic effect on the introduction of foreign strategic investors; then constructed from the empirical point of view of financial indices to introducing foreign strategic investors were compared before and after the bank's performance shows that the influence of introducing foreign strategic investors in commercial banks introducing, establishing econometric model to further study the effects of strategic investors introducing; Finally, targeted the introduction of strategic investors introducing in Chinese commercial banks given corresponding policy and recommendations.
