The Study On Motor Industry Listed Companies

Chinese stock market has been existed for almost twenty years. It developed at miracle speed and changed into the world's financial centre so that the study on the listed companies becomes more and more important in our country.The evaluation of a company is the comprehensive research under particular environment. It offers essential information to the supervisors of the institute and the individual investors. After the attack of the Financial Crisis in 2008, The Motor Listed companies are influenced by the negative factors especially in the stock market just as most of the other corporations. It is the critical moment to apply the appropriate method to value the listed motor company.There are three ways which are normally used in the assessing fields----income approach, cost and marking methods. Discount cash flow analysis (DCF) of the first model which is applied in this paper is established to analyze the potential development of Shanghai Company. DCF can value a company, a project or asset by using the concept of the time value of money.In this paper, Shanghai Motor Corporation is evaluated not only by this DCF model but also by the financial analysis. The purpose of the evaluation is to offer the advice to the company or the investors meanwhile is to apply a method----DCF in order to value a corporation.
