With the world economy developing fast, the HR (Human Resource) management plays a more and more important role in economic development. Employees'satisfaction with job is an important part of HR, which is the important sign to judge whether the enterprise motivation system is successful or not, and also the key indicator to measure the enterprise achievements. Therefore, it is particularly important to enhance employees'satisfaction with job, stimulate employees to exert their ability in order to absorb and retain talents, and achieve breakthrough performance for the enterprise.This study firstly illustrates the concept of satisfaction with job and relevant theoretical knowledge about motivation, then analyzes the company's organization structure and personnel composition based on the current management situation of H Company. In the light of the actual conditions of H Company, this study designed a questionnaire about employees' satisfaction with job, estimating and analyzing H Company's satisfaction with job in an all-round way. Utilizing the scientific statistical methods, the study mainly analyzes such five major job dimensions as the job itself, leadership behavior, performance assessment, salary and reward, training and development, as well as the relationship among personal variables, such as employees'sex, age, service years, position, post and others, to found out the key factors influencing employees'satisfaction with job.The results of the investigation showed that the entire employees'satisfaction with job in H Company is not high. Among these five measurement indicators of job, leadership behavior,' performance assessment, salary and reward, training and development, the satisfaction on salary and reward is the lowest, next is the training and development, performance assessment. Hence, according to the results of the investigation, the company drawn up a rectifying plan on job satisfaction to increase employees'satisfaction with job of H Company by means of designing a motivating salary scheme, performance assessment scheme and career development planning for employees.
