Staff salary satisfaction is the significant factor influencing their job attitude and behavior,which means that,to enhance staff salary satisfaction plays important role in promoting enterprise economic benefit as well as image.Sangou has been B2C sales model has been completed to promote,B2B,020 model is also actively exploring the stage,in the new marketing environment,stable marketing team,attracting talent is particularly critical.The empirical analysis designed a targeted questionnaire,found the following questions:The factors influencing salesmen salary satisfaction include salary level and salary structure;Salesmen's different backgrounds lead to their distinctive psychological feeling of salary satisfaction.Salesmen pay close attention to the motivation of salary system and fairness;Staffs demand and are inclined to non-economic salary,but enterprise design in this aspect is few.Aimed at the problems in salesman salary mode,salesman salary hierarchical structure is designed so as to determine post salary through post value.In addition,by perfecting the performance assessment index of general management personnel as well as common salesmen,and improving calculation method of salesmen performance salary,the structure is getting more fair and motive.At last,the flexible welfare system designed fully plays the incentive function of welfare.
