Research On Undertaking And Operations Of Health Benefits Project For PWC

In the paper, the management of health benefits project for Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC for short) is taken as the research object. Research areas are the overall management methods to project management. According to the analysis of the characteristics, health benefits situation, and the service requires of PWC, we do a deeply research of project preparation, service management, and project evaluation.In the research of project preparation, we firstly design the project service plan, set up service pattern, service team structure. Secondly, from thought of the finance, we do research for preparation costs control of the project. Thirdly, through the method of critical path, we do research of time plan in preparation.In the research of project service management, we give the methods of the service flew designing and optimizing. And for better quality of service, we make management methods and techniques to improve service quality. Through the establishment of monitoring system for service control we study and explore the process of service management. At last of this research topic, we give solution of service cost control and methods of vendors management.In the research of project evaluation, the policy of the project management, human resources measures, measures of vendors' management are taken to ensure the implementation of the project. And we set up a new method in health management industry, which is 8R pattern for project evaluation.The management of health benefits project for PWC is make an example of other projects like this, setting up models to the management of health benefits projects, which give solutions of all the processes of project management. This dissertation gives appropriate management methods not only suit for this project, but also for other health management projects.
