With the progress of the society and the improvement of people's living standard, the lifestyle of people is changing, the pursuit of high quality life has become the goal of modern people.However, the related research shows that the health status of employees in Chinese enterprises is in a sub healthy level, a variety of health problems has brought great losses to individuals, enterprises and even the country. With the rising of labor costs and the arrival of the aging society in China, enterprises have to pay more attention to their employees' health problems. However, most of the Chinese enterprises are not paid enough attention to employee health management, therefore, the introduction and implementation of advanced health management model in major Chinese enterprises must be imperative?This study is based on the basic model and current situation of employee health management of the enterprises at home and abroad, take the domestic enterprise M company as an example, using literature research and field research methods to carry out this research. Summed up the company's unique health management concept, called "138" concept: "1" prevention of exogenous gene+ "3" elimination of variation of endogenous gene+ "8" balance of physical and mental health; scientific employee health management model with 6 steps of scientific process: personalized medical examination program? health assessment? health feedback report? health risk warning? assist to medical treatment of major diseases? health plan, intervention and management, full service with health advice and guidance; additionally, M company launched i nnovative employee health management model with M company characteristics, which is fit to actual situation of M company, for instance, joint HR to impel the health management together; various health management methods with multy-party cooperation; intelligent query; strictly control the data flow to protect the privacy, and so on. The overall health status of employees in the company and the corresponding intervention measures or the health improvement programs were studied. M company's advanced health management experience is summed up. Finally, giving some corresponding improvement suggestions to the existing problems of M company's employees health management.M company's unique employee health management can be used as a model for the majority of enterprises in China.
