As the emergence of a class of new financial firms in Dalian, Microloan Companies are in a boom since the end of 2008. From the first batch of four Microloan Companies set up at the end of 2008 to the 32 Microloan Companies at August 30 this year's, it has revealed the rapid development speed, and has speed up market competition, and has also broken the initial pilot microfinance sub-sector and commercial companies Bank of competition between sub-sectors and instead entered a small loan company sub-sector's internal market competition among enterprises. How to establish a single Microloan Company's competitive strategy, in order to play a special advantage, to create differentiated market position, has become a major issue which every new Microloan Company must face to.However, due to the current Microloan Companies is still in the emerging stage, the domestic traditional research on this new economy of Microloan Companies often stayes on the policy level, institutional level or industry outlets, not referring to many problems Microloan Companies encountered in course of effective management, such as product design, market development, interest rate pricing, human resources, financial management and so on, without detailed research especially for a single company's competitive strategy. The subject uses the existing strategic management theory and SWOT analysis models, but does not adhere to the traditional theory inflexibly. Emphasizing on the research and practice, it will be conducive to improvement and development for the regional Microloan Companies to make the scheme of their market competition strategy and other functional strategies.In this paper, JL Dalian Microloan Company is taken as the study subject, which is the twentieth Microloan Company of the third batch set up newly in Dalian. That set up a total of 3 of new small loan companies to the status of the enterprise and business development objectives for the study, analysis of the enterprises in the business development problems for the status and development of the market environment changes, the use of strategic management theory and SWOT analysis, the formulation of a scientific strategy of market competition.Through the research and practice of this subject, firstly, it can sum up and form the actual competitive strategy for JL Microloan Company, in order to promote the enterprise's rapid large-scale development; secondly, it can explore the overall development trends of the Microloan Companies in Dalian district, including JL Microloan Company, making the forward-looking planning for the existing or the new ones;thirdly, it can solve many things in order to adapt to the actual condition of the Microloan Companies in Dalian district, such as innovative products, risk control processes, human resources management and market-oriented interest rate forming mechanism and other issues, and also can form a set of models and methods for the whole industry to refer.This article is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction; the second part is the external environment analysis; the third part is the internal environment analysis; the-fourth part is the determination of competitive strategy; and the fifth part is the determination fo department functions' strategy and the control measures.
