Since the reform and opening up,foreign capital and foreign advanced manufacturing technology have been introduced continuously.The development momentum of China's motorcycle manufacturing industry has been rapid,not only in the domestic market,but also in the technological monopoly of foreign related industries.However,with the vigorous development of China's motorcycle manufacturing industry,the internal competition in the industry has been increasingly intensified,especially for the established enterprises,which are struggling and struggling under the dual pressure of current policies and economy.How to lead the enterprise out of the predicament in the competitive market environment and continue to develop into an important goal.Based on the literature survey method,case study method and qualitative analysis method of the research method,starting from the related theories of enterprise competition strategy,expounds and analysis,this paper overall cost leadership strategy,differentiation strategy and focus strategy,the basic theory of strategic analysis tools such as situational analysis.Using situation analysis,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise,and excavates the problems existed in the management mode of QJ Company,based on the status quo of QJ company internal resources and ability clear company competition strategy target,put forward the company competitive strategy framework,put forward "Cost leadership-differentiation-target concentration" of the concrete implementation plan.At the same time,it puts forward the corresponding guarantee measures for the implementation of the competition strategy of QJ company,so as to remedy the internal control defects of the company,strengthen asset management,establish a market intelligence system and establish a talent reserve mechanism with high quality.Help enterprises out of the recession,the crisis for motorcycle manufacturers to provide competitive strategy and reference.
