Supply Chain Information Risk Management And Research In The Environment Of E Commerce

The fast developing information technology strongly lashes the traditional supply chain management model and deeply transforms the supply chain information management. In the environment of E commerce, the information flow has been improved and the information is shared. It is becoming more and more important in the supply chain operation that enterprise of each node shares the information to rationalize the source, reduce the delay of each progress, coordinate supply chain and improve the efficiency of supply chain operation. However, with the great convenience to supply chain management, network technology and information technology also has hidden danger to the supply chain effective operation. The information risk is hazard to the enterprises in the supply chain and restricts the operation and improvement of the supply chain. Thus, the supply chain information risk management has been paid more and more attention by the academic and business。In this developing trend, hereby the thesis analyzes the supply chain information risk in the E commerce environment:First, the thesis analyzes the selecting background and significance, mentions that in the rapid development of network, the urgency of the supply chain information risk management. Analyze both the supply chain information sharing and risk domestically and abroad.Second, Research the supply chain structure and character in the E commerce environment and analyze the character and sorts of supply chain risk. Based on the above analysis, introduce the supply chain information transfer and share mode. Build up supply chain information risk KPI, through the analysis of supply chain information risk source.Finally, introduce the supply chain information risk analysis estimation mode base on set pair analysis. Basically analyze from three aspects, the definition of set pair analysis,build up risk estimation mode of set pair analysis and verify the mode with examples.The dissertation researches on the relative problems of supply chain information risk in the environment of E commerce. The research result is a support for the enterprise analyzing the supply chain risk, is of great theoretic value for reducing the supply chain information risk and is of realistic significance to the accurate and high-efficiency of the supply chain operation in the E commerce environment.
