The Impact Of Information Sharing And Supply Chain Operation Risk On Enterprise Competitiveness Based On An Empirical Study

With the change of market environment,supply chain theory is used more and more in enterprises.The enterprise wants to obtain the competitive advantage in the fierce supply chain network,there is a need to continue to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,but in the uncertain environment,risk has become a limiting stumbling block to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,the development of serious harm to enterprises.Existing research shows that information sharing is one of the most effective ways to control the risk of supply chain,and it is also one of the important management practices to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper mainly explores the mechanism of supply chain information sharing,supply chain operation risk and the mediating role of supply chain operation risk.On the basis of the literature review,this paper constructs the relevant theoretical model,with the beverage industry as the object of study,241 valid samples were analyzed by SPSS 19 statistical software.The results show: first,in addition to the financial information sharing effect on the competitiveness of enterprises and its dimensions are not significant,information sharing in supply chain and its sub dimensions of operation information sharing and information sharing strategies have significant positive influence the competitiveness of enterprises and its dimensions.Second,the supply chain operation risk significantly affects the supply chain agility and product quality,delivery reliability and process flexibility in three dimensions.Third,in addition to the impact of financial information sharing on the supply chain operation risk is not significant,supply chain information sharing and its dimensions have a significant positive impact on the supply chain operation risk.Fourth,the supply chain operation risk plays a partial intermediary role in the positive impact of supply chain information sharing on the competitiveness of enterprises.The results of the research and the management enlightenment are shown as follows: first,the nodes in the supply chain network should pay attention to the information sharing between each other.Second,in the supply chain network nodes should pay attention to the prevention of operational risk,the establishment of risk warning mechanism.Third,in the supply chain network node enterprises should enhance the level of information sharing and strengthen risk warning.The main innovations are as follows: first,the beverage industry as the research object,expand the supply chain theory of empirical analysis.The two is to take the enterprise competitiveness as a high order variable,and explore the mechanism of information sharing.The three is to build a supply chain operating risk as an intermediary variable supply chain information sharing on the competitiveness of enterprises.
