As Internet technology continues to progress, Internet becomes much morepopular and the e-commerce developed rapidly. Since online transactions becomemore and more security, people can get anything they want through a tiny finger tip.For producers or suppliers, in order to cater to this trend of online shopping, theymust improve their efficiency on both side of consolidating the traditional mode ofmarketing. At same time, some of our e-commerce enterprises had been initiallyestablished supply chain management information system which suits their featuresunder the trend of information technology, such as Alibaba and Jing dong, they arebeginning to set up their own website or joining famous e-commerce platform. Thesystem can build efficient convergence and collaboration between trading partnersas well as reduce the communication obstacles, so it can ensure sustainabledevelopment and help enterprises win more customer satisfaction and loyalty andenhance the enterprise’s core competitiveness.However, the supply chain information system is like a "double-edged sword",which could provide convenient services, but also increases the cost of the supplychain, such as information risk and other problems. Some problems may causeparalysis of the supply chain in a given period. So, more and more experts andscholars and business elite began to focus the information supply chain riskmanagement issues.Basing on lots of literatures, this paper clearly defines the risk of supply chaininformation in e-commerce and builds the framework for research. From the rootcauses of risk, this paper analyzes the nature of supply chain information risks andits hazards. Author divides e-commerce supply chain information risks into fourareas, and builds an assessment index system. In addition, Delphi method, AHP,rough set theory, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used for constructingassessment model. By using the assessment model created before, this paperexamined a large e-commerce enterprise, and provided some recommendationsabout supply chain risk prevention and measures.Since various uncertainties exist in product information of supply chain, itmay cause the traffic in supply chain or even cause wrong decision. However, if wecan find the root causes of risks and then make a suitable plan to conquer them, so we can effectively manage the risks of supply chain and this will mean a lot inmanagement of risk of supply chain information.
