The Research On The Relationship Between Corporate Social Responsibility And Business Performance

With the rapid development of Chinese economic, enterprises in the creation of wealth has brought some social problem at the same time, for example,environmental environmental pollution,product quality, production safety, etc. Corporate Social Responsibility has become more and more important. This focus of this paper in on the relationship between the Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Business Performance, using the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, aimed to find out: whether Corporate Social Responsibility will affect their Business Performance? What kinds of impact? The quality of Business Performance of corporate will affect Corporate Social Responsibility? What kind of affect?First, described the background and significance of the research topics, reviews and summarizes the domestic and international Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Performance of research results, described the stakeholder theory, transaction cost theory, theory of sustainable development as the theoretical basis for this study. Secondly, analyzed the interaction of Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Performance,use empirical study to research that.Again,based on stakeholder theory devised a index system for Corporate Social Responsibility, through the issuance of questionnaires, combining factor analysis and regression analysis methods to analyze the relationship of Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Performance. The results show that the Corporate Social Responsibility of company employees, government, consumers, the environment was significantly positive related to that year's Business Performance;and donations, contributions to public welfare has weak negative correlation with the current Business Performance, but it has weak positive related to the later;In addition,better performance by pre-business, the fulfillment of its Social Responsibility is also good; early poor Business Performance of enterprises, the fulfillment of its social responsibility is also poor. Finally, put forward a sound system of Corporate Social Responsibility standards in order to achieve the sustainable development of society and enterprise.
