Study On Construction Enterprise Alliance Stability

With the development of project contracting market and the large construction projects come forward at a great speed, enterprise through the power-and-power union, complementation of advantages to establish the alliance in Engineering, which becomes a major feature in developping the project contracting in recent years.This paper combines the theoretical studies with the case analysis, adopts the theoretical methods of Game Theory. At the same time, based on the full awareness to the characteristics of Construction Enterprise Alliance and connotation of Alliance Stability, the paper points out the measures that we should take to maintain the Alliance Stability. The main content of the paper is as follows:Firstly, the paper introduces the development of project contracting market,Construction Enterprise Alliance and the study significance of Construction Enterprise Alliance's stability. From the characteristic of alliance, it takes Game Theory into study of Construction Enterprise Alliance Stability. Based on the theory of Enterprise Alliance, the paper puts forward the concept of Construction Enterprise Alliance, analyzes its features,advantages and disadvantages, Then, it draws out the connotation of Construction Enterprise Alliance's stability. Meanwhile, it carries on a brief introduction to Game Theory.Secondly, after analyzing the importance and critical influencing factors of Construction Enterprise Alliance's stability, this paper establishes the analysis model and duplication dynamic equation of its by means of Evolutionary Game principle Game Theory. From the cooperation motive's angle of members, Construction Enterprise Alliance Stability is to be divided into four kinds of types, and it educes the evolutionary stable strategies and final steady states of Alliance in different types and different benefit value.Thirdly, this paper is to further verify the solving principles and conclusions of Construction Enterprise Alliance's stability through analysis of the case, and expounds the the allinace's successful experiences and enlightenments.Finally, this paper discusses the measures that how to enhance the Alliance Stability from four aspects: binding mechanism,coordination mechanism, incentive mechanism and trust mechanism.The research results of this paper can provide the correlated experience and theoretical guidance for Construction Enterprise Alliance ,and have some practical significances for keeping healthy and orderly development of project contracting market.
