Research On Formation And Evolution Of Enterprise R & D Alliance Based On Game Theory

Technology development tendency and the evolution of enterprise technology innovation pattern indicate enterprise R&D alliance is becoming an important organization form of enterprise technology innovation. As technical homogeneity is being strengthened day by day and technical amalgamation is increasing day by day, forming R&D alliance is an effective choice for enterprise to maintain its core competition capability and to keep competition advantage. However, in real world many enterprises do not form enterprise R&D alliance, and some formed enterprise R&D alliances go towards disintegration along with temporal process. This means that the cognition of formation and evolution of enterprise R&D alliance needs to be improved, and the research on formation and evolution of enterprise R&D alliance is good for enterprises'forming and maintaining enterprise R&D alliance.This dissertation studies pertinent questions of formation and evolution of enterprise R&D alliance by game theory, and attains some conclusions, which can be learned from not only by government in policy establishment, but also by enterprise in R&D alliance decision making. Primary research contents and conclusions are as follows:1. After analyzing history and status quo of enterprise R&D alliance and reviewing internal and overseas research incomes, this paper introduces pertinent questions of formation and evolution of enterprise R&D alliance and their research significance.2. After trimming some concepts and classifications of enterprise R&D alliance, this paper puts forward some characters of enterprise R&D alliance and introduces game theory.3. This paper puts forward one kind of selection mechanism of prepare-choosing objects of enterprise R&D alliance based on game theory. Selecting prepare-choosing objects of enterprise R&D alliance is the first step of forming enterprise R&D alliance. The selection mechanism of prepare-choosing objects of enterprise R&D alliance introduced by this paper contains three links:enactment of selection standard, enterprises evaluate each other, selection of prepare-choosing objects.4. This paper studies formation of symmetrical enterprise R&D alliance based on technics innovation. This paper analyzes optimal anticipative profit of enterprise in different state through establishing game model of formation of symmetrical enterprise R&D alliance based on technics innovation, and analyzes the income of formation of alliance or not by game analysis figure. The formation of alliance is influenced by enterprise study capability, goods substitute rate, trust level and technology spillover rate.5. This paper studies formation of symmetrical enterprise R&D alliance based on goods innovation. This paper analyzes optimal anticipative profit of enterprise in different state through establishing game model of formation of symmetrical enterprise R&D alliance based on goods innovation, and analyzes the income of formation of alliance or not by game analysis figure. The formation of alliance is influenced by enterprise study capability, trust level and technology spillover rate.6. This paper studies evolution of enterprise R&D alliance. This paper establishes evolution model of symmetrical enterprise R&D alliance and asymmetrical enterprise R&D alliance separately using evolution game theory, and analyzes every influence factor. The original state of symmetrical enterprise system decides evolution path and income of evolution of symmetrical enterprise R&D alliance, and asymmetrical enterprise R&D alliance moves towards disintegration in the end.
