With the accelerating development of the industrialization and urbanization, more and more people are thirsty for the nature. They want to experience the living interests in the villages. The leisure agriculture comes out to satisfy the special requirement of returning to the countryside.Zhejiang is a province whose economy is booming and the standard of living is higher. Its tourism has grown rapidly in recent years,especially the rural tourism. However, the theory study and developing process of rural tourism have many problems. The paper summed up the concept of rural tourism based on summarization of the existing rural tourism materials,monographs,research reports,scholar research achievements. The developing modes of rural tourism are classified as four categories,the domestic and international developing process of rural tourism is illustrated. According to the actual situation of rural tourism in Zhejiang Province,the author analyzed four types of developing mode cases of rural tourism, and also studied the evaluation of its strengths and weaknesses.At the same time,this article integrates with some theories about rural tourism and landscape architecture. By leaning from domestic and antinational research results,the article also integrates some thinking into theories of rural tourism, propose the planning and design contents of rural tourism. Following, adopting the theory of fuzzy sets and AHP method,the article sets up a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model for evaluating rural tourism architecture planning and design,and tests the feasibility though example. At last,taking Yiwu Rural Tourism Garden planning and design as a case, caring on the demonstration analysis about the theory of studies.
